Privacy Policy
QR codes you create
For standard QR codes, the details you enter are processed in your browser to create the QR image. The generator does not send that QR content to our server when you create or download a standard QR code. A QR code can reveal its encoded information to anyone who scans it, so avoid putting passwords, private records, or other information you do not want to share into a code.
Information saved in your browser
Saved projects, design preferences, and the complimentary-generation counter are stored in your browser on your device. They are not synced to your Kawkab account. Clearing this website’s browser storage can remove them and may reset local preferences or counters.
Account and dynamic QR features
If you use hosted account or dynamic QR features, Cloudflare Access verifies your sign-in. We receive your verified email address and store account and plan details, along with dynamic QR information such as its name, destination URL, status, expiry, and scan limit.
When a dynamic QR is scanned, the service records the scan time, country when available, and a broad device class to provide scan counts and analytics. The application’s scan analytics do not store a raw IP address. Cloudflare may process network and device information to deliver, secure, and operate its services.
The dashboard presents scan analytics for the latest 90 days. Dynamic QR information remains until you delete the code or request account-related deletion, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Payments
The pricing page currently identifies checkout as a preview. If a live checkout is offered, payment details will be handled by the payment provider shown during checkout. Kawkab may receive the order, payment status, and transaction reference needed to provide the purchased service; we do not need your full card or bank credentials.
Service providers and external links
Kawkab uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, account access, and hosted dynamic QR services. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Links you choose to open, such as email, maps, or a QR destination, take you to the relevant third-party service and are then governed by that service’s privacy practices.
The generator does not use your QR content for advertising. Cloudflare Access may use authentication cookies when you sign in to protected account features.
Your choices and requests
- Remove local projects and preferences by clearing the site’s storage in your browser settings.
- Delete a dynamic QR from the account dashboard when that option is available.

By accessing or using QR Cods, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the service responsibly
You may use Kawkab to create QR codes for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the text, contact details, URLs, images, and other material you enter or link to. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and to share it with people who scan your QR code.
Do not use the service to distribute malware, facilitate fraud or phishing, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or create misleading, unlawful, or harmful QR destinations. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to evade security controls.
QR content, destinations, and testing
Standard QR codes encode the information you provide; they do not verify that a destination is safe, available, accurate, or controlled by you. Check each QR code and destination before printing or sharing it. Linked websites and third-party services are outside Kawkab’s control. You are responsible for updating or replacing printed static QR codes if their encoded information becomes incorrect.
Dynamic QR features, where available, may let you update a destination or view scan summaries. You are responsible for setting accurate destinations and access details. We may limit, suspend, or remove access to codes or accounts that create security, legal, or service risks.
Availability, pricing, and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change, be paused, or be removed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Pricing and checkout previews are informational until a live checkout is expressly enabled. No payment is due through a preview screen.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. Kawkab does not guarantee that a QR code will work with every device, scanner, website, or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
License Agreement
Kawkab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the generator for lawful personal or business use, subject to these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Kawkab service, software, branding, icons, or design assets.
You retain responsibility for and, as between you and Kawkab, your rights in the content you provide. You may use the QR images you generate to share that content, including in personal or business materials, as long as you have the necessary rights and comply with these terms. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Kawkab service itself, remove ownership notices from Kawkab assets, or reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law permits it.
Changes to these terms and policy
We may update this page when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
